The message “The operation cannot be processed” comes from the payment system. In most cases, this means that the payment is being declined at the bank or payment gateway level, even if it is not shown as a declined transaction on the bank’s side.
We understand that this may seem unusual, especially if your bank does not see any declined attempts. From our side, we will send a request to the payment provider and additionally check whether there might be an issue on their end.
Please also note that for international payments there may sometimes be restrictions related to banks, payment systems, or geography (including sanctions-related limitations). In such cases, transactions may be declined without detailed explanations from the bank.
In the meantime, we recommend trying again a bit later or, if possible, using a card from another bank — sometimes this helps to bypass such restrictions.
